PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Please take time to review all personalization details before finalizing your order. All personalized (monogram) orders are made to order based on the information you provide. Orders CANNOT be altered, cancelled or refunded once they have been placed.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Monogram jewelry has a 10 day turnaround time, most items can be rushed for a $10 labor fee.  Embroidery has a 15 day turnaround time. Personalized cut-outs may take up to 5 weeks to process and ship.  See product pages for specific shipping details.

Non-personalized orders typically ship within 2 business days.  Shipments come from our Columbia,SC warehouse.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have selected Store Pick-Up for your order, please allow 2-3 business days for it to arrive at the store for pick up.


HELP ORDERING PERSONALIZED ITEMS

How to order a personalized item online:

  1. Choose the personalized item you want.
  2. Decide if you want to add initials OR engraved text (if offered), and follow the steps below.

    For initials:
      • Use the drop-down menu tabs to select your “First,” “Middle” and/or “Last” name initials. (Choose “None” to skip an initial).
      • Choose your initials in NATURAL ORDER (first, middle, last). We will invert them if necessary, depending on the font style you choose.
      • Click on the Font Style swatch you would like where it says "Select Your Font Style". 


OR for engraved text:

    • Type your desired text into the “Engraved Text” box. The box will accept a limited amount of text for additional text options please call our customer service line at 1.800.386.9117.
    • Click on the Font Style swatch you would like where it says "Select Your Font Style" there are two fonts we offer for text.
    • When available, if you want additional text, fill out the "Additional Text" box. It is $5 per additional line and/or monogram.
    • When you're happy with what you've chosen, enter the desired quantity in the "Quantity" box.

Click "Add to Cart", then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Price adjustments will not be made for previously purchased merchandise. All SALE prices are final at the time of purchase.

 

Help with Gift Card/Redemption Code:

Gift cards purchased from a store have to be set up manually before you can use them online. Please email the number on the back of your gift card to us or call us. We do not take in store credits online at this time.
