For questions about an Online order, please refer first to shipping and order processing guidelines at the bottom of the home page on our website.  You may also refer to your tracking number in the email notification received if your order has been shipped. 

For all other questions regarding online orders, contact us via email CUSTOMERSERVICE@HANDPICKED.NET for the most timely response.  You may also leave a detailed message with order number and reason for call during normal business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm) at 803-252-2121 and someone will return your call.  This is our main company line for all business operations including order processing and it could take a minimum of 72 hours for a response due to workload however we will respond just as quickly as possible.  

You may also call a store with pertinent information regarding your Online Order including name, order number, call back number and a brief description of your concern if you are unable to email.  Our associates will relay the information and get back to you just as soon as they can provide you with order details.  Please note:  Stores do not have immediate access to online order information and will need to get additional information to provide you with support.
