Custom monogram and embroidery orders require additional processing and production time which may take longer; engraved jewelry items typically ship within 10 business days.

Merchandise Return/Exchange Policy
At HandPicked, we want you to truly enjoy what you choose—and the gifts you receive. To ensure a consistent and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our merchandise exchange policy below.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- All sales are final. We offer exchanges or store credit only; refunds are not available.
- Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required (purchaser phone number, name, or receipt).
- Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.
Condition of Merchandise
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- HandPicked reserves the right to refuse an exchange if items show signs of wear or damage.
Final Sale Items
- Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
- This includes (but is not limited to): monogrammed or personalized items, special orders, clearance items, special promotions, and event-specific sales.
Holiday (Christmas) Exchanges
- All Christmas purchases must be exchanged by January 15th.
- After January 15th, holiday purchases are considered Final Sale and may be exchanged at the end-of-year clearance price (whichever is lower) through January 30th.
Additional Notes
- Store credit may be used on future purchases and promotions and is valid for 60 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise noted.

Gift Cards:
HandPicked gift cards can be purchased in-store or online and are valid for five years. To use a gift card online, create an account at www.behandpicked.com and contact customer service to transfer the balance. Store credits expire after 90 days, while gift cards issued before 2017 are valid until January 2023.

Repairs:
HandPicked offers one free minor repair for jewelry purchased within 30 days due to normal wear and tear. After that period, we can assist with minor repairs and restringing for exclusive pieces at established repair fees. Repairs on non-HandPicked or damaged items are not available, but alternative solutions may be offered. To request a repair, email us with “REPAIR” in the subject, including a photo and description. We’ll provide an estimate. Repairs typically take 2-3 weeks, with expedited options available for a fee. For questions, contact us at customerservice@handpicked.net.
